Explorer II - 2 Week Adventure

Explorer II is a two-week summer camp adventure appropriate for boys and girls between the ages of 11 and 16. This high adventure session allows campers to experience traditional adventure camp activities for the first week including: hikes, tubing, swimming, horseback riding and spelunking in the beautiful Tennessee mountains.

Then, during the second week, adventure camp participants will take part in high adventure activities including an overnight canoeing trip down the French Broad River, and a 4-5 day trek through the Great Smoky Mountains with experienced Appalachian Trail thru-hikers as their guides.

Completing the Explorer II summer adventure often leaves campers with a new self-confidence and an ‘I Can Attitude'. This summer camp adventure concludes with an evening of celebration in the jewel city of the Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, TN.
